Pocatello, ID ➡️ Jackson, WY

Today was amazing! We each ran 13 miles and made it into our fifth state - Wyoming! The weather was perfect and the route was relatively flat, which made for nice day of running. I even got to stop by and see my cousin in Victor, Idaho since we were passing right through there. We also just happened to run into another group of college-age students biking across the country from Austin to Anchorage, so it was super cool to meet them and compare some stories. We might even meet up in Yellowstone since we will be there on the same day.

The views in Wyoming, especially the Tetons, are incredible. I think that these are the most beautiful views we have seen so far, and I can't wait to head to Yellowstone tomorrow. We will be staying in West Yellowstone tomorrow evening, and then we will have our first real rest day on Saturday, so we will get to sleep in and explore; I'm so excited!

I am a 2019 graduate of Davidson College (B.S. in psychology), where I also played Division I field hockey.  I am planning on going into the medical field, and will be applying to graduate schools to pursue a career as a nurse or physician assistant after 4K.
